Tanner Blake, MS, SAC-IT

Tanner received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University in October 2021 and continued his education to achieve his Master's Degree in Psychology in May of 2023 from Southern New Hampshire University. Tanner is currently working toward his Substance Abuse Counselor license while also looking to further his education in psychology.

Tanner found his passion for helping people when he was a personal trainer for Anytime Fitness and decided he wanted to dive into the mental health side and pursued his education in psychology. During this time he found his calling as a CCS Mentor and substance abuse counselor in training and began working with consumers in most aspects of their lives.

Tanner enjoys working out, playing video games, golfing, and having family nights. Tanner is a father to one daughter, 3 dogs, and 2 cats.

Tanner provides Comprehensive Community Services to Sauk county. Tanner is currently accepting new patients.
