Louise M. Voss, CSW

Louise received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2003.  She has been a Certified Social Worker for almost 20 years. Louise is trained as an Advanced Careplan Facilitator. She also volunteers as member of the Columbus Recreation Committee and the Columbus School District’s PTO. Louise has spent her career specifically focused in healthcare; that focus was at a hospital, assisted living facility, long term care and community based residential facilities. With many years of experience and collaboration with families, Louise is an expert in Geriatric Social Work.  Louise’s focus is on person centered care, trauma informed care, medication and behavior management, facilitation of resources, and being an advocate for everyone she works with. She has had a variety of experience working with residents and patients with dementia, mental illness, physical challenges and trauma. Louise strives for the highest practical physical, mental, psychosocial, and spiritual well-being of the people she works with. 

Louise is married and the mother of 3 beautiful girls. In her free time, she enjoys camping, hiking, boating, swimming, playing volleyball, reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Louise provides Comprehensive Community Services to Columbia, Dane, Dodge and Sauk counties. Louise is accepting new patients.
