Lizzie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Brainspotter, and Critical Incident Responder with a diverse background spanning from inpatient care to community mental health. She works with adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, blending evidence-based mind-body therapies to support each individual's unique healing journey.
To meet her clients' specific needs, Lizzie integrates modalities including (not limited to) Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Grounded in a holistic, client-centered, and trauma-informed approach, she is passionate about helping individuals cultivate a deep sense of internal safety and empowers them to grow at their own pace.

Outside of her clinical practice, Lizzie finds her own serenity in nature. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and pets, gardening, reading, practicing yoga, and engaging in creative crafts.
Lizzie provides outpatient services virtually and at the Reedsburg office and Comprehensive Community Services to Adams, Dodge, Jackson, La Crosse, Monroe and Sauk counties.
