Leah Lachman, BSW
Leah received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls in 2001. Leah worked nearly 15-years providing medical case management at Gundersen Health System for medically and psychosocially complex patients. In addition, she has experience as an in-home program coordinator, direct support care provider for children and adults, residential live-in care provider, and support staff at a residential substance use disorder and rehabilitation treatment center. Leah believes in community and has found a passion for volunteerism. Her highlight is her involvement with Livestrong.
Leah practices from a strength-based perspective. She places an emphasis on empowering her clients to identify their strengths to meet their personal goals.
Leah loves spending time with her husband, two children, and their dog. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, gardening, exploring nature, exercise, studying nutrition and health modalities, enjoying a good cup of coffee, and going on family road trips in their old bus.
Leah provides Comprehensive Community Services to Jackson, La Crosse and Monroe counties. Leah is not currently accepting new patients.
