Lauren Harmening, BS

Lauren is a compassionate and reliable mental health professional with hands-on experience supporting individuals of all ages and diverse needs. She is skilled in building rapport, promoting autonomy, and responding to crisis situations with a calm and grounded approach. Lauren holds a degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. She is passionate about empowering individuals to grow and reach their personal goals through active listening, adaptive support, and individualized care. 

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and friends, relaxing with a good book or music, and snuggling with her dog.

Lauren provides Comprehensive Community Services to Jackson, La Crosse and Monroe counties.
