Kristen Likely, LPC-IT
Hello! I’m Kristen, a Licensed Professional Counselor–In Training (LPC-IT) in Wisconsin. I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Superior, along with an undergraduate background in Psychology and Human Development.
My professional background includes career counseling and working with military members and their families, supporting growth, resilience, and life transitions. These experiences have shaped my passion for helping individuals and families navigate complex challenges with compassion and practical support.
I believe each person’s story is unique, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. My clinical interests include working with individuals and families impacted by trauma and stressful life experiences, parenting and co-parenting challenges, and substance use. I also enjoy supporting youth facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, abuse/neglect, and behavioral difficulties.
My approach is collaborative and person-centered. I aim to meet you where you are and help you build meaningful pathways toward healing and well-being. I am committed to ongoing growth as a clinician and currently practice under supervision as I continue working toward full licensure.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my family, attending live concerts, and appreciating life’s simple moments—like a hot cup of coffee on a cold day or music turned up just a little too loud. I also enjoy tackling home projects (even when they don’t turn out quite like Pinterest promised), embracing the process and learning along the way.
Kristen provides outpatient services virtually and in person at the Tomah office. Kristen also provides Comprehensive Community Services to Jackson, La Crosse and Monroe counties.
