Jess Dominguez, MSW, APSW
Jess received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and continued her education to achieve her master’s degree in social work from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania.
Jess takes an empathic and comprehensive approach to working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, while tailoring therapeutic goals to support individual needs. She has many years of experience working with youth, adults, and families across various programs and systems such as the family court system and the Comprehensive Community Services program.
Jess utilizes a strengths-based, person-centered approach which pulls from several different modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. She also incorporates themes from social work theories involving attachment and communication styles, and family systems. Jess appreciates co-exploration of individual strengths and empowers clients to build upon those identified strengths.
Jess enjoys spending time with her family, live music events, reading, cooking, and baking all types of goodies (especially for special occasions and holidays).
Jess provides outpatient services virtually and at the Reedsburg office and Comprehensive Community Services to Columbia and Sauk counties. Jess is accepting new patients.
