Courtney Johnson - Administrative Assistant (she, her, & hers)

Courtney joined the Trailways team in May 2023 as an Administrative Assistant.  She brings over 15 years of administrative and customer service experience. Courtney first began her office career at a life insurance company in Madison. Her ‘go getter’ attitude, dedication, trustworthiness and knowledge quickly moved her up the ropes to a lead position.  It was while she was in this role that she realized that she was meant to work with people. Courtney’s caring and compassion shows in her exceptional customer service  skills. Courtney has a ‘can do’ attitude and is always up for a challenge. 

Courtney is married and has two sons, three dogs and a cat who keep her very busy.  From spring to fall Courtney and her family enjoy going camping at various locations throughout the state.  Courtney enjoys spending time in her gardens, going to the beach, baking, watching birds and thrift shopping, you never know when you're going to find a good deal!
